Maria Zakharova, an official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said on February 28 that the US and Israeli strikes on Iran were planned under the guise of negotiations.

Israel attacked Iran on the morning of February 28. Also, the American leader Donald Trump announced the beginning of a US military operation against Iran.
