The Ministry of Defense has released footage of the liberation of Neskuchny in the Kharkiv region.

During the liberation of the settlement of Neskuchnoye in the Kharkiv region, Russian fighters actively used long-range artillery and attack drones (UAVs). On February 28, the Ministry of Defense showed the combat work of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

It is noted that during the offensive, assault units of the 9th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 11th Army Corps of the Russian Armed Forces entrenched themselves in the buildings of the settlement.

The positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were attacked by calculations of mortars "Tulip", howitzers "Hyacinth", crews of heavy flamethrower systems and operators of FPV drones.

In addition, the Russian fighters suppressed the points from where the Ukrainian drones were launched, and conducted a counter-battery struggle.

"The losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine amounted to 220 soldiers, 15 vehicles, an artillery piece and two electronic warfare stations. The enemy's ammunition depot and materiel were destroyed," explained Vasily Mezhevy, head of the press center of the North group of forces.

The Defense Ministry added that Russian troops are continuing their offensive and pushing Ukraine away from the borders of the Russian Federation.

The offensive in the Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions allows us to push back the front line and protect peaceful cities from attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Neskuchny's release was reported earlier that day. In addition, the Russian Armed Forces occupied the village of Gorky in the Zaporozhye region. Russian air defense systems destroyed a Flamingo missile, 10 HIMARS multiple rocket launcher shells and 315 drones in the special operations area.
