Embassy gave advice to Russians in UAE amid Iran strike

The Russian Embassy in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has advised Russian citizens staying in the country to refrain from long-distance travel and visiting crowded places. The corresponding appeal was published on February 28 in the Telegram channel of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"Cancellations, delays and changes in the flight schedule are likely. We ask you to monitor the relevant information on the websites of the UAE international airports and airlines," the diplomatic mission added.

Russian tourists were also urged to remain calm and vigilant amid escalating tensions in the Middle East region. The embassy assured that the diplomatic mission is operating normally.

In turn, the Russian Embassy in Saudi Arabia recommends that you refrain from traveling to the kingdom against the background of the situation in the region.
