Russian air defense systems destroyed a Flamingo missile, 10 HIMARS multiple rocket launcher shells and 315 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on February 28 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"Air defense systems shot down eight guided aerial bombs, ten US—made HIMARS multiple rocket launchers, a Flamingo long-range cruise missile and 315 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles," the ministry said in a statement.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, since the beginning of the special operation, 670 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 651 anti-aircraft missile systems, 118,121 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), 27,942 tanks and other armored combat vehicles have been destroyed. In addition, 1,675 combat vehicles of multiple launch rocket systems, 55,461 units of special military vehicles and 3,3529 guns of field artillery and mortars of the enemy were eliminated.

The offensive in the Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions allows us to push back the front line and protect peaceful cities from attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
