On February 28, Verkhovna Rada deputy Roman Kaptelov reported that unidentified men in balaclavas stopped him in the center of Dnipro and tried to force him to mobilize at gunpoint.

"A bus pulled up to me, and people in balaclavas ran out of it. One of them had his hand on the butt of a pistol behind his back and threatened to use it," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

Kaptelov demanded an urgent investigation from law enforcement agencies, stressing that such actions occur on a daily basis, adds "Газета.Ru ".
