The Moscow Arbitration Court has recovered 50,000 rubles from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in Moscow in favor of the Russian Song Theater of actress Nadezhda Babkina as compensation for state duty. The relevant information follows from the court's decision.

"To collect from the main directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the city of Moscow in favor of the GBUK of the city of Moscow MGAT Russkaya Pesnya the costs of paying the state duty in the amount of 50 thousand rubles," the document says.

The court overturned the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations issued to the theater on the restoration of the civil defense protective structure in the basements of the building on Sadovaya-Chernogryazskaya Street.

According to the document, the order was issued following an on-site inspection. The inspector pointed out violations of the rules of operation of civil defense protective structures: the absence of a passport for civil defense, the use of storage facilities, violations of sealing and waterproofing, the absence of doors, plastering walls and ceilings, faulty or missing engineering equipment, including ventilation.

The theater did not agree with the order and appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court, pointing out that the basements were transferred to the institution as an ordinary non-residential fund without indicating the status of a civil defense facility, and both the institution and the supervisory authority do not have a passport and other documentation for the civil defense facility.
