Pugacheva extended the right to trademarks in Russia until 2036
Singer Alla Pugacheva extended the right to the trademarks "Alla" and "Alla Borisovna" in the Russian Federation for 10 years — until 2036. It follows from Rospatent data on February 28.
According to information from the agency's database, which was reviewed by RIA Novosti, the exclusive right to these marks was supposed to expire in April 2026. But the singer applied for an extension, and Rospatent granted it, extending the deadline until April 2036.
On November 17, 2025, it became known from the Rospatent electronic database that Pugacheva had lost the Retsital trademark in force in Russia. It was clarified that the trademark was filed with the agency in 2015 and was registered two years later. However, it expired in October of this year.
