At least 15 people were killed in the crash of a Bolivian Air Force plane in the city of El Alto. This was reported on February 27 by the Unitel newspaper with reference to firefighters.
"The fire department report dated 20:00 (local time, 03:00 on February 28, Moscow time) indicated at least 15 deaths, and this number may increase," the publication says.
