Trump called the continuation of the Ukrainian conflict insane
On February 27, American leader Donald Trump, after the words of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky about his unwillingness to withdraw the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) from Donbass, called the continuation of the conflict insane.
Earlier, Zelensky announced his readiness for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, stressing that he did not intend to concede the Donbass.
"It's crazy that this conflict continues," he told reporters.
On February 7, the head of the Kiev regime said that Kiev's position on the need to leave Donbass after the talks in Abu Dhabi remains unchanged - the authorities of the state will continue to insist on their own.
Last December, Putin stressed that the Russian Federation would in any case liberate Donbass and Novorossiya by military or other means. He noted that Moscow had offered Kiev to withdraw troops from Donbass and not start military operations, but they preferred to fight there.
