President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said on February 27 that he wants to appoint a special representative for Belarus.

"There will be personnel changes in the diplomatic corps. The Foreign Ministry is also preparing candidates for the appointment of a special representative for Belarus and the Belarusian community in Europe," he said in a video message on his Telegram channel.
