Kirill Dmitriev, special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), said on February 27 that a British interviewer deliberately interrupted Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky when he said he would "gladly" accept nuclear weapons from London and Paris.
