The non-governmental organization (NGO) Collective Against Slavery (TASC), co-founded by Prince Andrew's daughter Eugenie, has stopped contacting her amid interest in her family's contacts with financier Jeffrey Epstein. This was reported on February 27 by The Times newspaper.

"When Princess Eugenie's charity organization held its first star-studded gala, she wanted everyone to know about it, after more than two years, TASC ignores media inquiries amid intense attention to her family's contacts with Jeffrey Epstein," the material says.

Previously, the prince's daughter was the public face of TASC, representing the organization at the World Economic Forum in Davos and other events. However, it turned out that Evgenia's name was mentioned in Epstein's files more than 300 times. Also, according to the newspaper, she visited the financier's island in July 2009, five days after his release from prison. Evgenia herself has never commented on her acquaintance with Epstein.

After the publication of the latest documents on the Epstein case, several other charitable organizations associated with Eugenia expressed their support for her. TASC, which she founded in 2017 with her childhood friend Julia de Boinville, has not made such statements. The NGO's social media accounts have not been updated since January, although they were previously active. The organization did not respond to media inquiries, focusing on its own campaign against labor exploitation.

On February 23, members of the British parliament called for increased monitoring of the activities of the royal family and its role in representing Britain abroad amid the arrest of former British Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor as part of an investigation into his ties with American financier Jeffrey Epstein. It was noted that, according to the established rules, earlier members of parliament were fined or punished for talking and proposing changes in their attitude towards the monarchy.
