Journalist of the Dozhd TV channel (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia) Vera Krichevskaya was included in the register of foreign agents. This was reported on February 27 on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

"On February 27, 2026, in accordance with the orders of the Russian Ministry of Justice, V.E. Krichevskaya was included in the register of foreign agents," the message says.

According to the Ministry, she participated in the creation and dissemination of messages and materials from foreign agents, as well as participated in the dissemination of messages and materials from organizations included in the list of foreign and international organizations whose activities are considered undesirable in the Russian Federation.

In addition to Krichevskaya, blogger Maxim Aliyev, Alexander Ivanov and the online resource "Republic" were added to the list of foreign agents.

The ministry clarified that Aliev and Ivanov also spread fakes about Russian public authorities. At the same time, Aliev distributed materials from foreign agents and organizations undesirable in the Russian Federation, opposed the special operation, and carried out LGBT propaganda (the LGBT movement is recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation and is prohibited). Ivanov interacted with foreign agents and an undesirable organization in the Russian Federation.

The online resource "Republika" distributed materials from foreign agents and undesirable organizations in the Russian Federation, as well as fakes about the Russian authorities. The resource was created with the help of a foreign organization, and the project management is located outside of Russia.

On February 20, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation recognized Russian political scientist Alexander Kynev and journalist and writer Auren Khabichev as foreign agents. It is noted that Kynev was included in the list for spreading false information about the domestic electoral system, decisions taken by public authorities of the Russian Federation and their policies, as well as for distributing materials from foreign agents.

Khabichev was included in the lists for spreading false information and calls for violating the territorial integrity of the country.
