The Basmanny Court of Moscow, hidden from the press, will consider a petition for the election of a preventive measure to Anton Dzhalyabov, Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Neft Management Board, who was detained in St. Petersburg on suspicion of accepting bribes. This was reported on February 27 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

"In order to ensure the safety of the participants in the trial, I request that the meeting be held behind closed doors," the investigator explained his request.

According to the investigation, Dzhalyabov received 28 million rubles from the heads of some contracting organizations. At the same time, we are talking about two episodes in 2020-2021, while he headed the Gazprom Invest Nadym branch, adds "Газета.Ru ".

A criminal case has been opened against the defendant on the grounds of a crime under Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Receiving a particularly large bribe").

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has also opened a criminal case against the heads of two contracting organizations for bribing Dzhalyabov. The defendants in the case under Part 5 of Article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation were Albert Ilyasov, ex-CEO of VPT-Neftemash, and Andrey Denisov, who controlled the Regionneftegazstroy company.
