Seven road sections will be opened by the opening of the regional hospital in Balashikha

By the opening of the multidisciplinary Balashikha regional hospital in the Olgino microdistrict, seven road sections will be reconstructed and built.

The construction of the project is being implemented at the request of residents within the framework of the People's Program of the United Russia Party. Bryntsalov noted that the project was personally supported by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The medical complex will become one of the largest in the Moscow region. It will include a 24-hour hospital with 1,123 beds, as well as a diagnostic and consulting center designed for 300 visits per shift.

The development of road transport infrastructure in the microdistrict is currently the main issue on the agenda of the construction program. About 6.5 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes.

Igor Bryntsalov, Chairman of the Moscow State Duma, Secretary of the Moscow Regional branch of United Russia, Alexander Turovsky, Minister of the Construction complex of the region, and Sergey Yurov, head of Balashikha, spoke about how the construction of the complex is progressing.

"At the moment, we are reconstructing Sixth Street, reconstructing and constructing Struve Street, as well as Boyarinov Street. We will open traffic on them by the autumn of 2026, which will allow us to unload these streets and the road and street network as a whole," Yurov said.

Expansion of Main, Proletarskaya and Avtozavodskaya streets is planned in the next stages. They will loop and allow access to the Nosovikhinskoe highway. After that, they will be connected along Main Street by the exit to the LTKZH (Lytkarino – Tomilino – Kraskovo – Zheleznodorozhny highway).

"Medical care will be provided here in 26 profiles, the planned number of employees is 700 doctors, 2,300 staff. The hospital area is about 160 thousand square meters. m. Which, of course, raises the issue of transport accessibility. Seven road sections will be reconstructed and built for the opening of the medical complex," Bryntsalov said.

The construction of the future hospital building is almost completed, the construction readiness is approaching 40%. The most difficult task lies ahead: to turn on the heat and all engineering networks, and to start repairs. The hospital in Olgino will be able to serve 1.3 million people.

At the end of January, it was reported that the construction of a children's polyclinic was coming to an end in Chekhov, near Moscow. It will open on Mira Street in the first half of 2026. The construction is carried out within the framework of the national project "Long and active life". The contractor supplies furniture and equipment. Builders are equipping engineering networks and are engaged in interior decoration, commissioning of systems.
