Pakistan's army says 12 soldiers were killed while repelling an Afghan attack
The Pakistani army lost 12 soldiers during the repulse of an attack from Afghanistan on the night of February 27. This was stated by the Director General of the Public Relations Service of the Pakistani Army, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry.

On the same day, the Pakistani army killed 274 Afghan soldiers, and over 400 soldiers were injured. Chaudhry noted that during the clash, the country's armed forces destroyed 83 border posts from Afghanistan and captured 17. He added that 115 tanks, armored personnel carriers and artillery had been destroyed.
