163.7 million rubles will be allocated for the formation of a modern urban environment in Lipetsk

The Construction Department received 163.7 million rubles for the implementation of the municipal program "Formation of a modern urban environment in Lipetsk." The work will be carried out at ten locations.

The largest amount — 74.7 million rubles — will be spent on completing the construction of the Petropark. A children's play area, food court facilities and a rental point will be provided on site. This is reported by GOROD48.

The second stage of the construction of the park will be completed in the Lebedyansky Highway area. Landscaping will affect an area of over 20 thousand square meters. m. Parking will be set up on the territory, tiles will be laid, and 23 concrete benches will be installed. The cost of the work is estimated at 8 million rubles.

On the LTZ beach, 10 thousand square meters of coastline will be cleared and the undergrowth will be cut down. It will also require the elimination of existing changing booths. The third stage of landscaping of the park will be completed in the area of Polygraficheskaya Street. Lighting is being installed at two Station ponds. In addition, the improvement of the Yeletsky microdistrict will continue.

About 31.6 million rubles will be spent on the second stage of improvement of the recreation area "Fortress".
