Pakistan says it killed 274 Afghan soldiers

The Pakistani army killed 274 Afghan soldiers, and over 400 soldiers were injured. This was stated at a press conference on February 27 by the Director General of the Public Relations Service of the Pakistani Army, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry.

"During the operation Gazab lil-Haq, 274 Taliban militants were killed. More than 400 people were injured," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying

Chaudhry noted that during the clash, the Pakistani armed forces destroyed 83 border posts from Afghanistan and captured 17. He added that 115 tanks, armored personnel carriers and artillery of the Afghan army had been destroyed.
