Figure skater Adelia Petrosyan will not compete in the final of the Russian Grand Prix. On February 27, the Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKKR) published preliminary lists of participants on its Telegram channel.

Petrosyan's last name is missing from the application. In men's single skating, Petr Gumennik joined the participants.

The Russian figure skater has already won the national championship three times and is the winner of the Grand Prix final. Humennik is a champion of Russia, a silver and bronze medalist at national championships, as well as a two-time winner of the Grand Prix finals.

The biggest hopes are for Adelia Petrosyan, Savely Korostelev and Nikita Filippov.

On February 21, Petrosyan performed a demonstration program at the gala show of the Olympic Games 2026 (OI-2026) in Milan. Her number was set to the songs of Colombian singer Shakira Waka Waka and Hips Don't Lie. Petrosyan took the sixth place.
