Alexey Kostylev, the former editor-in-chief of Readovka, was detained on charges of fraud, a source in Izvestia reported on February 27.

Law enforcement agencies charged him under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code ("Fraud on an especially large scale"). It is noted that the journalist was detained on February 25.
