Air defense systems shot down 44 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the territory of Russia in five hours The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on February 27 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
"In the period from 08:00 to 13:00, 44 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of an airplane type were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the ministry said in a statement.
