The novel by writer Viktor Pelevin "Methuselah's Lamp, or the Extreme Battle of the Chekists with the Masons" was included in the list of printed publications banned for distribution in Belarus. This was announced on February 27 on the website of the Ministry of Information of the Republic.

It is specified that the novel was included in the list of printed publications containing informational messages, "the distribution of which is capable of harming the national interests of the Republic of Belarus."
