Poland plans to build fortifications and military depots on the border with Russia and Belarus. This was announced on February 27 by the Charge d'affaires of Russia in Poland, Andrei Ordash.

"It is planned to build fortifications, electronic surveillance systems, and military depots in areas located along the borders of Poland with Russia and Belarus," the diplomat said in an interview with TASS.

According to him, in January of this year, Poland signed a contract with Norway on the production of equipment for combating unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) as part of the Eastern Shield project.
