VTB told about the successful integration with the Postbank

Half of the Postbank's customers switched to VTB services in advance, of which more than 1 million did so online. In March-April, the final stage of integration will begin — the transfer of customers with loans, VTB said.

"The transfer of half of Postbank's customers to VTB is a key integration milestone, comparable to crossing the equator. Customers do not wait for the official bank merger, but transfer products to VTB in advance. New customers have access to financial and non—financial services, and they can choose a convenient service channel for them - online banking, offices, field managers, and familiar Russian Post offices," said Dmitry Breitenbicher, a member of the VTB Board.

According to him, the integration is moving to the next stage — the online transfer of loans from Postbank to VTB will begin soon. "In order to continue paying off loans, customers need to open an account with VTB in advance. A significant number of clients have already done this," Breitenbicher added.

Postbank customers who have not yet transferred to VTB can do so online (in the mobile app or web version) or at Postbank outlets, including those located in post offices.
