A woman named Marina Gaivasenko, who lives in the Grayvoron district of the Belgorod region, appealed to the head of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov with an offer to buy out her house located in the attack zone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on the evening of February 26 by the governor himself, who recognized the need for all branches of government to seek a solution to the identified problem.

"The conversation was difficult. She was swearing. He says, buy my house, live in it yourself. She's absolutely right. It is impossible to live and raise children in such conditions. Of course, we need to find a solution," he wrote on the MAX messenger.
