Property of ex-deputy of the State Duma Isaev worth more than 10 billion rubles was arrested

Bailiffs imposed a security arrest on the property belonging to the ex-deputy of the State Duma (State Duma) of the Russian Federation Rizvangadzhi Isaev and his family members, acting within the framework of the lawsuit they received from the Prosecutor General's Office. This was reported on February 27 by TASS with reference to the case file.

It is noted that the persons based in Krasnodar authorized to carry out this operation received writ of execution, on the basis of which they opened additional production on Tuesday, February 24.

The subject of enforcement proceedings, as emphasized, is the seizure of facilities.

The defendants in the case are nine people, including both the defendant himself and his current and former spouses, one of whom, P.R. Yakubov, had 127 land plots, 43 non—residential buildings and premises, 21 residential buildings and apartments registered.
