The number of drones shot down on approach to Moscow has increased to 27
Air defense systems destroyed three more unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on approach to Moscow. This was announced on Thursday, February 26, by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.
"Three drones flying to Moscow were destroyed. Emergency services specialists are working at the crash site," the mayor said in a post on the MAX messenger.
Thus, the number of intercepted drones flying to Moscow has reached 27.
Earlier, the mayor of the capital announced the elimination of the 24th UAV. Shortly before that, Sobyanin told about the destruction of four drones flying towards the capital. Prior to that, he informed about the interception of the 19th drone.
