Putin approved a list of instructions based on the results of the direct line

Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved a list of instructions prepared for the government based on the materials of the direct line with the head of state held on December 19, 2025 and the final press conference. The document appeared on the Kremlin's website on February 26.

The list consists of 13 items divided into four groups. The topics that are proposed to be given attention relate to measures of social support and support for veterans of the special military operation (SVO).

They also include medical supplies, the construction of social facilities, the resettlement of dilapidated housing, housing and communal services tariffs and other areas.
