The end of the military conflict in Ukraine should determine the winner in the struggle between Russia and the European Union (EU), Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski suggested on February 26.
"It is not only the security of our European region that is at stake. This conflict will determine which entity will become the third pillar of the new global balance of power, along with the United States and China. Will it be Russia or the EU," Do Rzeczy quoted him as saying.
