Ingosstrakh talked about new forms of working with agents
Ingosstrakh has changed its methods of working with agents. After completing the transition to electronic document management and changing the balance sheet showcase, it became easier for agents to interact with the company and receive agency fees, the press service of the insurer reported.
The commission fee is now calculated at the time the insurance contract is issued. In the updated balance sheet showcase, the agent chooses for himself which contracts he wants to receive payments under, and can independently generate agency reports an unlimited number of times or set up regular automatic generation.
The transition to a simple electronic signature also contributed to the acceleration of document flow, the company said. Today, an agent can process all the necessary documents in one day in a fully digital format, without visiting the office. Today, 99% of Ingosstrakh's sales agents use PEP, and 78% of the total number of new agency contracts are concluded in electronic form.
