Zakharova called the killing of civilians a common occurrence for Kiev.
For the Kiev regime, the killing of civilians, children and the elderly has become commonplace. This was announced on February 26 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
"I want to note that over the past few years, a lot of evidence has been collected that for the Kiev regime, the killing of children, civilians, women, and the elderly has become an absolutely commonplace, acceptable thing," she said.
According to the diplomat, such actions by the Ukrainian side are, in fact, an act of international terrorism. The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that the worse things get for the Ukrainian militants at the front, the more massive the attacks on civilians become.
Zakharova also urged not to forget about these crimes and stressed that no one should escape punishment.
On February 18, Zakharova noted that Kiev was purposefully carrying out terrorist attacks in places where children could be targeted. The diplomat also stressed that the Russian Federation has repeatedly proved its desire for peace, while the Ukrainian side refuses to negotiate under various pretexts.
