The Forum of Future Technologies–2027 will highlight the creation and implementation of digital platforms

In his speech at the FBT-2026 plenary session, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that the country creates world-class solutions.

"We are ready to share our experience and competencies in the interests of all mankind," he said.

Since the FBT platform traditionally focuses on areas and developments that determine the future of humanity, the head of state suggested devoting the Future Technologies Forum next year to the creation and implementation of digital platforms.

"I propose to dedicate the next Forum of Future Technologies to the creation and implementation of digital platforms in our lives. Already, they serve scientists in the implementation of scientific projects, connecting a craftsman, an entrepreneur from a small town with a buyer from megacities. They allow residents to participate in the management of a house, a village, an entire region, and analyze medical research in record time, thereby helping doctors save people's lives. And these are just some areas of development of the platform economy," the Russian president emphasized.

The Head of State added that the introduction of digitalization in Moscow, including in the medical field, is an illustrative example in this direction.

"This is developing well in Moscow. A good example, it was only recently discussed: a person calls an ambulance, while she is on her way to the patient, his entire medical history already appears on the doctor's screen. And he knows what needs to be taken with him, what needs to be done to save a life. And this is just one of the directions, just one of the examples of these platform solutions," the head of state noted.
