On February 26, the FSB Central Control Center of Russia showed footage of a bomb being planted under a serviceman's car in St. Petersburg.

In the footage, an attacker can be seen approaching a car parked in the parking lot at night, planting an explosive device, and then walking away in the opposite direction.
