Russian stormtroopers offered Polish mercenaries stationed in a high-rise building in Dimitrov to surrender, speaking in English. This was reported on February 26 by the security forces of the Russian Federation.
"The Polish mercenaries could not have died in a high—rise building in Dimitrov, but surrendered, as they were offered, speaking to them in English," the source told TASS.
