Three people died as a result of a fire in Buryatia
A mother and two children were killed in a fire in an apartment building in the village of Nizhnyaya Ivolga in Buryatia. This was reported on February 26 in the press service of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the republic.
It is specified that the fire engulfed the roof of the house, as well as the annex and the veranda.
"During the extinguishing of the fire, the bodies of a 29-year—old woman and two children, aged seven and 10, were found without signs of life," the MAX said in a statement.
The press service added that the fire was extinguished on an area of 56 square meters. m. Five specialists and three pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing. The causes of the fire are being determined.
Earlier, on February 24, it was reported that as a result of a fire in an apartment building in St. Petersburg, one person was killed and another injured. The fire engulfed four apartments. As a result of the incident, two apartments burned out on an area of 80 sq. m., in the neighboring entrance, two apartments had a fire area of 14 sq. m.
