A U.S.-flagged boat entered the waters of Cuba and opened fire on the border guards.

An American boat entered the waters of Cuba and opened fire on the border guards, as a result of the exchange of fire, four people were killed and seven injured. This was reported on February 25 by the Reuters news agency with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country.

"A speedboat from Florida entered Cuban waters and opened fire on Cuban forces, who returned fire. <...> All four victims were on board a speedboat based in Florida," the publication says.
