Moskalkova announced Kiev's desire to exchange Kuryans for accomplices to terrorism.

The Ukrainian side wants to exchange the civilians it holds who lived in the Kursk region for Ukrainians convicted of aiding terrorism. This was announced on February 25 by the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova.

"The Ukrainian side puts forward as conditions repatriation, and in fact exchange, for those civilians who are considered to be an equivalent category of Kursk residents," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
