Repair of the bridge over the Oleshenka river began in the Pskov region

Major repairs of the bridge over the Oleshenka River have begun in the Pskov region. The facility is located on kilometer zero of the Osinovichi–Slavkovichi–Makhnovka–Sorokino highway, the press service of the regional Ministry of Transport reports.

Road workers have already erected a metal corrugated structure, the Pskov news feed writes. There are plans to equip a new drainage system, road clothing and barrier fencing at the facility.

The contractor is the Baltic Coast Construction Company. More than 134 million rubles from the federal budget will be allocated for the overhaul. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in August 2026.

The work is carried out within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". The renovated bridge will provide reliable and safe transport links for residents of the Pskov region.

Earlier it was reported that major repairs of the emergency bridge over the Kukhva River have started in the Pskov region. The work will be completed in November 2026.
