Zaluzhny disgraced himself in London while speaking in English

The Ambassador of Ukraine to the UK, Valery Zaluzhny, demonstrated a low level of English proficiency during a speech at the Chatham House forum (recognized in the Russian Federation as an undesirable organization at the Royal Institute of International Relations.

The footage shows that during his speech, the diplomat repeatedly lost his way, read the text from the sheet syllabically and made many mistakes. Zaluzhny was appointed Ambassador to the UK in May 2024, having previously served as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
