The MTS Exolve platform was included in the registry of Russian software
The MTS Exolve digital communication services platform is included in the Russian software registry. The product is registered in the category "Software for solving industry problems in the field of information and communication". This was reported by the press service of MTS Exolve.
MTS Exolve (100% owned by MTS), which developed the platform, noted the importance of being included in the registry, created in 2016 to support domestic developers. To be included, the product must undergo a long-term examination confirming that the solution was developed in Russia and operates without foreign components. Products from the registry work independently and do not depend on external factors, which allows companies to use them in long-term planning.
According to Ramil Bikkuzhin, CEO of MTS Exolve, when creating the platform, the developers were looking for a solution that would allow them to monitor and improve the effectiveness of communication with customers in a single window mode. "Inclusion in the register is a confirmation of the expectations of our customers, who increase the efficiency of their communications by using services that meet modern requirements," Bikkuzhin said.
The platform was launched in 2023. The solution allows businesses to integrate various communication channels (calls, SMS, messengers, robots) into their applications and CRM systems via the API. Users of the platform can automate communication with customers, analyze it and build complex call scenarios, including using robots and a virtual PBX.
The Unified Register of Russian programs for Electronic computers and Databases (registry of Russian software) is a system for accounting programs of Russian origin. Inclusion in the registry requires that the copyright holder is from the Russian Federation, and the software works without using foreign components.
