Four people died as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning in an apartment building in Kursk on Kharkiv Street. This was announced on February 24 by Alexander Khinshtein, Governor of the Kursk region.
"Previously, four people, three men and one woman, were killed as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning in an apartment complex on Kharkiv Street," he wrote.
