The Russian Foreign Ministry called for attention to be paid to the topic of nuclear weapons transfer to Kiev at the NPT conference

The plans of Great Britain and France to transfer nuclear weapons to Ukraine should be given the most serious attention at the upcoming review conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) in April. This is stated in a comment by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, published on the agency's website on February 24.

"London and Paris are actually hatching their dangerous plans on the eve of the NPT Review Conference scheduled for April this year. We are convinced that the participating states will have to pay the most serious attention to this egregious plot as it is directly related to the functioning of the Treaty regime and the preservation of its integrity," the message says.
