Moscow celebrated Maslenitsa with our Radio

The presenters of our Radio, together with Muscovites and guests of the city, celebrated broad Carnival this weekend in the cozy Kremlin in Izmailovo cultural and entertainment complex. The central event was a concert of your favorite performers – the groups "Klyuchevaya", "After 11", "Time Out", Casual, singer and presenter of the Show of the Day on our Radio Alice Vox took the stage.

Four hours of music and sincere emotions – diverse artists replaced each other to the applause of the audience. The guests of the festival danced, performed round dances and were happy to take pictures with the presenters, sometimes making unexpected and touching surprises for them – for example, Yana Lukyanova was presented with warm mittens. Alice Vox impressed with the power of her vocals, singing the song "Oh, frost, frost" and other hits. The sparkling humor of the presenters Alexander Bon, Dmitry Lensky and Andrey Lomanov did not let the guests get bored for a minute, and Andrey Kurenkov promised to host the evening edition of FAnoteka right here.

"We are sincerely glad that, despite the frosty weekend, the guests and listeners chose ours among the many venues in the capital. You welcomed and supported the musicians very warmly, and it was really difficult to play and sing outdoors in such weather. We have been preparing for this holiday for a long time, putting our soul into it, and the best reward for us is your smiles, energy and lively emotions. Thank you to everyone who came, who sang along, who stayed with our Radio - you made this day special," said Igor Pankov, Program Director of our Radio.

The presenters raffled off certificates for visits to Baba Yaga's Hut and Bell Tower, excursions to the Vodka History Museum, as well as master classes on baking pancakes and painting gingerbread. The children had fun in joint contests with their parents, and the final chord was the performance of the Casual group. Soloist Alexey Yashin said that the band played one of the best sets of the year at the NASHI festival.

"There were a lot of people at the venue today – everyone was dancing and in a great mood. There was a very good energy, people knew all our songs and sang along. Every year we take part in Carnival, and I want to say a big thank you to our Radio, which always invites us. We usually have tours at this time, but we find time to celebrate the wonderful celebration of spring together with our beloved listeners," said Alexey Yashin.
