The most expensive apartment on the primary market in Moscow costs more than 9 billion rubles.

The most expensive lot available for purchase in Moscow is located in the Khamovnikov district, its area is 917 square meters. m, and the cost exceeds 9 billion rubles. Kalinka Ecosystem analysts told Izvestia about this on February 24.

According to experts, the second place in the rating belongs to the clubhouse on Ostozhenka. The lot area is 781 square meters, and the cost is over 8 billion rubles. It is specified that the price per 1 sq. m. The total amount is 10.4 million rubles.

The third residential complex in the rating is located in the Yakimanka district. The cost of an apartment exceeds 5 billion rubles for 686 sq. m., the average price for 1 sq. m. is 8 million rubles. Another lot — for 4 billion rubles — can be found on Prechistenskaya embankment, its area is 538 sq. m.

Completing the top five is a residential complex in the Yakimanka district, with an area of 587 square meters and a cost exceeding 3.6 billion rubles.

But the demand for such facilities is growing.

The volume of supply in the primary market of the mass segment of Moscow decreased by 2% in a month, and this figure has already reached 51% in a year. As noted on February 11, in January, a total of 9.4 thousand lots in 74 projects were exhibited in the new-build market of the mass segment, where 8.3 thousand were apartments and 1 thousand apartments. During this period, not a single mass segment project was launched, however, five new buildings were launched in the projects already underway.
