The total damage in the case of the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow is about 6 billion rubles. This was reported to Izvestia on February 24 by Lyudmila Aivar, the victims' lawyer.

Earlier, she reported that the victims demanded a life sentence for all the defendants in the case. The prosecutor requested life sentences for the four perpetrators of the terrorist attack. Dalerjon Mirzoev, Shamsidin Fariduni and Mukhammadsobir Fayzov (recognized as terrorists and extremists in Russia) have fully admitted their guilt in the crimes. The fourth perpetrator of the terrorist attack, Rachabalizoda Murodali (recognized in the Russian Federation as a terrorist and extremist), partially admitted his guilt.

A similar measure and fines from 1.2 million rubles to 2.7 million rubles were requested for 11 more defendants. The three defendants were ordered to be sentenced to 19 years and 11 months in prison. For another defendant, the prosecutor's office demanded 22 years and 10 months in prison. The prosecution also asked that the defendants be stripped of their acquired Russian citizenship.

On December 25, 2025, Lyudmila Aivar, the victims' lawyer, said that the Second Western District Military Court extended the arrest of all those accused in the case of the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow until April 7, 2026.

The terrorist attack in Crocus occurred on March 22, 2024. Then armed terrorists in camouflage broke into the concert hall and opened fire, setting the premises on fire.
