In the Khabarovsk Territory, about 200 houses were left without heating due to damage to the heating main. This was reported on February 24 in the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee for the region.

"According to the investigation, on February 23, 2026, the TM-33 heating main was damaged in Khabarovsk. As a result of the accident, almost 200 houses were left without heating," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that the buildings of the student city, in which the basement of the dormitory was flooded, were among the houses left without heating.

A criminal case was opened into the incident on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence").

On February 15, the prosecutor's office of the Saratov region reported that more than 1.2 thousand residents of the village of Krasny Oktyabr were left without electricity due to the accident. Seven apartment buildings and 170 private households were left without electricity.
