Police officers, after analyzing the CCTV footage in the area of the explosion at the Savelovsky railway station in Moscow, established that the alleged perpetrator died on the spot. This was announced on February 24 by the press service of the Russian Interior Ministry.
"Police officers have established that the perpetrator died at the scene," reads a message posted on the Telegram channel.
The press service added that law enforcement agencies continue to work together with representatives of other law enforcement agencies. All the circumstances of the incident are currently being established.
The press service of the Russian Interior Ministry reported that an explosion occurred in a traffic police car in the northeast of Moscow on February 24. As a source told Izvestia, two people were killed and two people were injured in the incident.
