A criminal case was opened into the incident under Article 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Assault on the life of a law enforcement officer") and Part 1 of Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code ("Illegal trafficking in explosive devices"), the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation reported on its Telegram channel.
