The European Union (EU) plans to ban all participants in the Special military operation (SVO) from entering Europe. This was stated on February 23 by the head of the European Diplomacy, Kaya Kallas, at a press conference following the meeting of the union's foreign ministers.
"Together with the [European] Commission, we are working to prevent potentially hundreds of thousands of former Russian soldiers from entering the Schengen area," she said.
