In a congratulatory message posted on the MACH messenger, the mayor expressed gratitude to the defenders of the Motherland for their dedication, courage, fortitude, and will to win and wished them health, prosperity, and new successes in serving the Motherland.

Sobyanin noted the heroism of the creators of the Great Victory of 1945, who defended their native land and brought peace.
